E. Tedd Moyd is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Jasper County Neighbors United (JCNU), and Affordable Housing Agency that addresses the housing needs of low to moderate income citizens in Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton and Jasper Counties.  He is also a Housing Counselor, Nonprofit Housing Developer as well as a Licensed Property Manager-in-Charge.  His agency assists residents with Home Ownership, Emergency & Owner-Occupied Repairs, FTHB Classes, DPA and Budget & Financial Literacy Classes.  Mr. Moyd serves as Vice Chair of the Lowcountry Affordable Housing Coalition and he also represents the Jasper County Council and the City of Hardeeville on the  Regional Housing Trust Fund.  He is also the Board Secretary for the Jasper County School District.
